SASCHA MEIER is a consultant and holistic mindfulness practitioner offering strategic planning, coaching, guided meditations, workshops, courses, retreats and speaking events. She is passionate about supporting people in cultivating a culture of belonging and healthy lifestyle habits. She weaves multiple methods into her work with clients including mindfulness practices, psychology, neuroscience, breathing techniques, guided imagery, nutrition and more.
